Shipping Policy
Upon placing your order, we swiftly process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For shipments within the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €3.95. However, orders above €50 enjoy free shipping.

For orders within the European Union, the shipping cost is €9.95, while international shipping is available at a rate of €19.95.

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs. The available methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's website.

Return Policy
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the product is not to your liking, or maybe there is another reason why you no longer want to keep the order. Whatever the reason may be, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any explanation. Please note: the return costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

Return Process                                                                                                     
Please fill out the model withdrawal form and place it in the box with the products you wish to return. Also, write the reason for the return on the back of the Model Withdrawal Form.

  • Pack your product securely to prevent any damage.
  • Drop off your package at the post office.
  • We will process the refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the return.

    Is the return allowed?                                                                                          
    You can return the product at any time. However, please note that in the following cases, we cannot fully credit the purchase amount:

    • Items received more than 14 days ago.
    • Items that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete.
    • Items with missing packaging.
    • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

    How long do I have to return my order?
    After you have submitted a withdrawal notification via email, you have an additional 14 days to return your order. We recommend returning your order as soon as possible to expedite the process.

    When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will process the refund within a few days. You will receive the full purchase amount. 

    Do I need to pay for the return shipping?
    Yes, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless the products were already damaged upon receipt.
